Local Produce

‘Food from the Upper Danube Nature Reserve‘ is synonimous with organic produce. This includes organic apple juice from orchards which take on a special role in the local ecology. You can purchase or order this apple juice and lots of other produce such as meat, honey and schnapps right here, but also local arts and craft.

You can eat healthy and high quality beef from our Angus cattle at the farm’s own Restaurant or you can purchase it from us as a 1/8 or ¼ section of the cow. The butcher will carve it for you so it is easy to freeze. If you order it in advance before your stay you may take the meat home with you.
