Information

General Information

• Arrival  3- 6 pm
• Departure before 10 am
• We offer a daily bread roll delivery service and a shopping service for your arrival day
• You can book various leisure acrivities with us (see rates)

Accomodation

• We are non-smoking establishment.
• All beds in studios are doubles, not sofa-beds, and are usually separated from the remainder of the room via dividers.
• All rooms has TV and phone.

Rates

• All rates include utilities, cleaning on departure, linen and towels.
• For children over the age of 14 the council imposese a bed tax (see 'rates' section).
• Single supplements apply (see rates section').

Children

• Children under 2 are free of charge in existing bedding or cots.
• Cots,high chairs, change tables, potties and baby bath tubs are provided free of charge.
• Child safety devices are fitted to our power points.

Pets

• Pets are allowed at owners' discretion.
• Horses can be agisted in our stables or paddocks.

Cancellation Fees
Cancellation prior to arrival:

• 4-8 weeks prior to arrival 20 % of total costs
• 1-4 weeks prior to arrival 80 % of total costs
• Cancellation fees after arrival - 100 % costs
• Provided it is approved by management, you may stay with us within one year of cancellation and we waive the cancellation fees.
